| What you might taste | Lemon grass, passion fruit, grape fruit and floral aromas with vibrancy on the palate. It tastes like a 'day of spring' in the glass. It is dry and zesty and finishes with a mineral edge to it. The Controlled One" was fermented with a cultivated yeast while "The Spontaneous One" was fermented on its own native yeast. |
