| Food pairing | Dishes with a hint of sweet note pair well. Examples will be shrimp and scallop dishes or fresh salad with some dried or fresh fruits. Does not pair well with spicy or heavily seasoned food. |
| What you might taste | Aromas of ripe strawberry, rhubarb and blood orange with viscosity that imparts a full and round mouthfeel. This wine is dry with only 0.2% RS and has medium weight, good texture and length with an intriguing finish of nuttiness. |
