| How to enjoy | Please use appropriate glassware. Depending on the ambient temperature, serve this wine between 44 and 48 degree F. Decanting this wine for some hours before you enjoy it will benefit the expression of its character greatly. |
| Food pairing | The delicacy of this wine calls for delicate food. Delicately prepared scallops, shrimps, crabs, and fish dishes will pair well if they are not heavily seasoned where you can still taste the flavor of the seafood. |
| What you might taste | This wine has the expected Gewürztraminer characteristics. The pale gold color liquid is filled with delightful lychee, rose petals, and gingery/spices aromas. Palate is delicate, clean, very juicy and well balanced among the acid, tannin, alcohol and sweetness which fill up the mid-palate and lead to a soft texture in the end. The flavor lingers after each sip. Every flavor component is delicate and none is standing out. It is like a little bit of everything adding to the complexity and summing up to an intriguing Gewürztraminer that words are short in describing it. It is simply to be enjoyed in order to understand it. |
